CORDES COTTAGE LLC RENTAL AGREEMENT

In order to confirm your stay at our Cottage, you must pay a RESERVATION DEPOSIT of $150. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days after you leave if there is no damage to our property & everything in the Cleaning Checklist has been honored. If you should need to cancel less than 7 days prior to your rental date, you will forfeit your reservation deposit.
The standard overnight rate is $50.00 per person per night which includes taxes. There is a 2-night 4-person minimum stay policy, which totals $400.00. Each additional person must pay $50.00 per night. Special Events pricing applicable depending on reservation dates which can be found under "Rates" on this website.

Your TOTAL RENTAL FEE is due at least 7 days before your rental date.
There is NO smoking or pets allowed anywhere in Cordes Cottage LLC.
Pricing can be discussed for those staying more than a week.
Alcohol is allowed.
Illegal or lewd behavior is NOT permitted at Cordes Cottage LLC!
Renters many not use adhesive tape, staples, nails, marking pens or any such product that will hurt the drywall surface of our 1927 facility.
You may not use the fireplace.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items while staying at our Cottage.

- There are 8 - 4ft. tables found in both the main floor bedroom closets for your use! You can set them up anyway to meet your needs. Please return them before you check-out.
- We have 8 comfy chairs, IKEA lights, 2 irons & extension cords in the hallway closet.
- The expandable cutting table is found in the bedroom with 2 twin beds.
- One antique ironing board & an extended ironing board table that fits on top of the sofa table behind the couch are found in the closet with 1 bed.
- For those needing a design wall, you will find felt back table cloths folded in the hallway closet unless they are already hung. There are 2 for the living room & 2 for the hallway.
- Return any chairs, tables, lights etc. you have used to the closet where you found them.
- At the end of each bed, you will find a luggage rack for your suitcase. There are individual baskets that have towels & wash cloths for you. Please use the face wipes to remove your makeup. You will find these in each bathroom. DO NOT FLUSH THEM DOWN THE TOILET!
- The WI-FI password is Available at the cottage.
- PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE HANDMADE QUILTS & THE WOODEN FLOORS.
CLEANING CHECKLIST
- Please remove all the sheets from your bed & place them & your soiled towels in the hampers provided in each of the 2-bedroom closets on the main floor & the loft closet upstairs.
- Please put away any tables and equipment you may have used back where they were found.
- Clean & replace any kitchen items you have used. (The soiled towels go in the hamper)
- We know accidents happen; if something breaks, please let us know.
- Dispose of all paper products, bottles, cans etc. & place them in the trash container found by the garage.
- Pick up any litter you may have left outside the Cottage.
- Clean all the counters & stove surfaces in the kitchen.
- There is a broom & mop on the basement steps if you need to use them.
- You will find a vacuum in the bedroom closet with 1 bed.
- Please sign the guest book. If you have any suggestions as to how to make your stay more comfortable, please tell us on the paper proved in the sofa table.
- Turn off all lights & fans. - Leave your key on the dining room table before leaving.
- Please lock the door by turning the lock on the doorknob before closing the door.
